Vandals?

Ya, I guess I am supposed to do this project on Vandals.....hm... I am not sure what to right about them. I am not even sure if I know what they are. Then I am supposed to dress like one. Ya, I am not sure if that is going to work out. How am I supposed to dress like vandal?? I don't even own any black. Than I am supposed to make an artifact?? What?
